M. Kline Co. completely gutted this kitchen with the exception of the antique flooring but maintained the same foot print of the kitchen. All cabinetry was custom built to the architect's plans. The kitchen was sealed with dust doors while the work was performed so the residence was protected from the construction dust. The first floor of the home was fitted with a new high velocity air conditioning system. This renovation took less then 45 days to complete because the client requested the project be completed while they were on vacation.
M. Kline Co. remodeled this side of a horse barn. The client wanted the barn to remain old looking, but wanted to keep the weather out. Here, M. Kline Co. used reclaimed barn siding. The barn looks as though it has never been touched.
