This barn was completely gutted, with the exception of the stone walls, and modernized with bathrooms, a kitchen, radiant heat, air conditioning and a complete electrical system. As the barn was transforming, M. Kline Co. wanted to make sure that all pipes, plumbing and electrical lines were hidden so the look of the old barn was maintained as if it were never touched.

This barn was also completely gutted with the exception of the stone walls. It received a new roof and overhang for the pool area, exterior shower and a potting shed. This barn was modernized with a bathroom, bar, radiant heat, air conditioning and a complete electrical system. The barn was to double as a pool area, music studio and home theater. Again, M. Kline Co. wanted to make sure that all pipes, plumbing and electrical lines were hidden so the old look of the barn was maintained. M. Kline Co. uses a lot of old barn reclaimed lumber to achieve the old look.
